The home is where
the heart is

It is also where most accidents happen, where we are exposed to most danger, where inappropriate living spaces often place an unnecessary burden on daily life.

The fact is, for many the home is far from ideal.

To see is to know

As the name implies, having a comprehensive view of a home lets us know its issues and dangers and importantly, what we can do to make it better for the people living in it.

Our focus

Bridging the gap . . . Reducing the bottlenecks

Our focus is helping the millions of people who struggle to help themselves.

The Care Sector tries very hard to meet the needs of an ageing population and one with increasing numbers of people needing help in the home.

The sad truth is, help often arrives too late.

  1. 1

Stopping an issue becoming a crisis

Reducing bottlenecks. If someone needs help, they need it now. Currently, people are dying waiting on a system that cannot cope.

  2. 2

Helping shape the home to suit the needs and budget of the tenant

A clear picture of the home allows us to make the changes needed to make daily life easier for those struggling to cope.

  3. 3

Making the home affordable and sustainable

These go hand in hand. An affordable home is often the most sustainable.

Visual spatial innovation

We are visual creatures

We understand faster, even without the need for words, what we see in front of us.

We are harnessing the tools of our digital world to provide novel visual spatial solutions.

Using ubiquitous technology to present rich insightful worlds to help reduce wait times, increase response times, improve outcomes.

A busy city park on a summer evening, almost everyone on the grass and benches looking at a phone.

Ventures

Achieving our goals

Our first venture is liveably. This provides the digital tool kit that provides the detailed view of the home quickly and cheaply.

liveably

Remote visual spatial intelligence for social care. Anyone with a phone captures and analyses an environment; the record flows straight into the professional workflow for accelerated triage.

Three stages: a support worker captures a living room on a phone; the capture becomes a rich digital record of the room showing hazards such as trailing cables and a portable heater; a coordinator reviews it on an assessment dashboard with a builder, a nurse and a support worker.
